Who is your AttiCat® Champion?Do you have an AttiCat® Champion? Having an AttiCat® Champion is a vital component for achieving sales success. What does an AttiCat® Champion do? Simply put, an AttiCat® Champion is someone who is in charge of helping everyone stay focused on offering AttiCat® every time they are in a client’s home. The AttiCat® Champion makes certain that all the techs’ trucks are stocked with the homeowner brochure and attached tech letter. They make certain that techs have rulers to use and leave behind with the homeowner. They check with techs to make certain they are offering insulation inspections every time they are in a home. They promote the personal use program. They are the cheerleader for AttiCat® and share success stories with the techs and comfort advisors. They take the bull by the horns and make sure everyone stays focused on the job!

Dealer of the Month
Congratulations to Griffis Heating in Auburn, WA! Griffis became an AttiCat® dealer in January and have already sold their first job for $8,000! How did they do it? They simply followed the marketing approach they learned in training. First, Justin Zwickl warms up the client by letting her know that Griffis is offering a free attic inspection and when the tech comes out he will be happy to take a look at her attic insulation. When Pete Gardner arrives for the service call he gives the client the homeowner brochure with the tech letter attached. While he is there he offers to check her insulation and she says yes. He finds that she has 2-3 inches of insulation in her 2900 sq. ft. attic. He offers to have a comfort advisor come out and work up some proposals (choices). Brian Griffis (owner and comfort advisor) visits the homeowner and takes insulation measurements again and shows the client the recommended levels for WA residents. The client makes her choice and the sale is made. Brian says that this homeowner is a long-time client. In fact, she had a boiler put in about 2 years ago. It’s the long standing relationship that really sold this job. Brian is following the marketing strategy we teach at every boot camp. Go back to your existing clients and offer the insulation upgrade. Brian sold himself first, his company second and AttiCat® third. It works. Congratulations to Griffis Heating! You’re off to a great start! Steve CurtisQuestions? Ask us!Do you have questions about best practices, installation procedures, advertising and marketing, or anything else related to AttiCat®?
